**Foley AC Repair is a referral service, not an HVAC contractor. Work is performed and billed by independent licensed contractors.** We connect callers in Foley and South Baldwin County with licensed and insured contractors. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee HVAC work.

## 2\. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website or calling (251) 270-2500, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or service.

## 3\. Types of Requests We Refer

Callers use us to reach contractors for work such as:

We do not set prices. Any agreement for work, including price, scope, scheduling, warranties and payment, is between you and the contractor. Price ranges in our guides are general Alabama figures for education only and are not quotes or prices from this site.

## 6\. Contractor Responsibility

Contractors are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, workmanship and warranties. Any claim about the work should be directed to the contractor who performed it. We will help you get in touch with them if you need it.
