The Referral Model

## One Local Number, a Licensed Contractor on the Other End

Foley AC Repair is a referral service. When you call

(251) 270-2500

[tel:2512702500 →](tel:2512702500)

, you tell us your town, your property type and what the system is doing. We connect you with licensed and insured contractors. Service availability and appointment times depend on the contractor.

The contractor explains the repair. If you approve it, the contractor does the work and bills you directly. There is no referral fee to you, now or later.

The site is operated by ADE Marketing. We do not employ technicians, and we do not set prices. What we do is connect you with licensed and insured contractors.

Coastal Conditions

## Why AC Problems Hit Hard Here

A large share of homes here are condos, vacation rentals and second homes. A dead AC between check-ins costs a booking, and an empty house with no cooling in July can grow mold within days. We take calls for all of them, from high-rise condos on Perdido Beach Boulevard to farmhouses outside Summerdale.

We also publish

plain-English guides

on the problems beach conditions cause: salt air, humidity, hurricanes, and what to do when you own a rental from out of state.

Straight Talk

## What Foley AC Repair Is Not

Being clear about this helps you know who you are dealing with.

### Not the contractor

We do not perform HVAC work. Independent licensed contractors diagnose, quote and complete every job.

### Not a price list

We do not set prices. Pricing is between you and the contractor. Our cost guides show general Alabama ranges only.

### Not a statewide network

We cover Foley and South Baldwin. For the rest of Alabama,

Alabama HVAC Experts

 can help.
